Our Let Only Service includes:

• Rental valuation and inspection.
• Advising you on health and safety issues, furnishings, and maintenance.
• Advertising and marketing your property on our state-of-the-art website, plus the UK's leading property portals.
• Emailing and sending SMS messages with details of your properties to our database and using newspaper advertising where appropriate.
• Accompanying all viewings for you.
• Sourcing references of tenants who wish to rent your property, via Homelet or Aliance, (our preferred referencing agencies).
• Preparing and completing legal paperwork.
• Collecting initial rent and deposit.
• Setting up a standing order mandate for future rent (subject to tenancy commencing).

Fee: 75% (90% inc. VAT) of the first month’s rent

Minimum fee £495.00 (£594.00 inc. VAT)
